No Refund Policy
Finality of sale: All payments for the Annual Training Pass are final and non-refundable once processed, regardless of usage or participation level.
Change of mind / circumstances: Refunds are not granted for personal schedule changes or employment status changes. For unavoidable circumstances (e.g. health), written justification may be submitted for review — refunds are at PEOPLElogy's discretion.
Service continuity: If a course is cancelled by the provider, users may join a rescheduled session or alternative course. This does not trigger a refund of the annual fee.
