Terms & Conditions.

These terms govern the SKILL2U Annual Training Pass operated by PEOPLElogy Sdn. Bhd. Please review carefully before completing your Course Confirmation Form.

Section 01

No Refund Policy

  • Finality of sale: All payments for the Annual Training Pass are final and non-refundable once processed, regardless of usage or participation level.

  • Change of mind / circumstances: Refunds are not granted for personal schedule changes or employment status changes. For unavoidable circumstances (e.g. health), written justification may be submitted for review — refunds are at PEOPLElogy's discretion.

  • Service continuity: If a course is cancelled by the provider, users may join a rescheduled session or alternative course. This does not trigger a refund of the annual fee.

Section 02

Non-Transferable Account

  • Individual assignment: Each account is tied to a specific named individual. Benefits, access rights, and certifications are exclusive to that person.

  • Prohibition of substitution: Access cannot be handed off to others. If the registered user leaves their organisation, the pass will be deactivated.

Section 03

No Account Sharing

  • Credential security: Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login credentials. All account activity is the sole responsibility of the registered user.

  • Simultaneous logins: System monitoring detects logins from different IP addresses or locations. Multiple concurrent sessions may trigger an automatic temporary lockout.

  • Termination for breach: Evidence of account sharing (including password sharing or broadcasting live sessions) will result in immediate account termination without refund and a potential permanent ban.

  • Identity verification: PEOPLElogy reserves the right to request photo ID or corporate email verification at any time to confirm the attending participant matches the account holder.

Section 04

Usage & Access

  • Subject to availability: Users have access to up to 100 courses. Class dates and virtual slots are on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Available slots: A user may actively book a maximum of 3 classes simultaneously, subject to class availability.

  • Course changes & updates: PEOPLElogy reserves the right to add, remove, or modify course content and trainers at any time without prior notice.

Section 05

Commitment & Conduct

  • Registration: Must be completed within 10 working days. Follow all stipulated cut-off periods. Advanced booking is strongly encouraged.

  • No-show: User access may be disabled for no-shows. Cancellation or rescheduling is only permitted within 10 working days before class commencement.

  • Learning etiquette: Camera must be switched on during sessions — failure to do so affects attendance and will be classified as a no-show, restricting future bookings.

  • Measured learning: Pre/post assessments and evaluation surveys must be completed truthfully. Failure to do so may restrict future bookings and result in an 'Incomplete' status.

  • Participant conduct: PEOPLElogy reserves the right to terminate pass access without refund for disruptive behaviour, abusive language, or violations of the Code of Conduct.

Section 06

Intellectual Property & Legal

  • IP rights: All training materials (slides, videos, labs, handouts) are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, recorded, or redistributed.

  • Limitation of liability: PEOPLElogy does not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placements, salary increases, or passing third-party certification exams.

  • Pass renewal: Clients will be notified 3 months prior to expiration of the Annual Training Pass.

Section 07

SBL-Khas (HRD Corp)

  • Grant application: The client initiates their own grant application. PEOPLElogy will support with required documentation before, during, and after the SBL-Khas process via the SKILL2U portal.

  • Post-training claim: All required documents must be properly signed after training to facilitate successful SBL-Khas claims. PEOPLElogy is not responsible for unsuccessful claims due to incomplete documentation.

  • HRDF claim reimbursement: PEOPLElogy will reimburse payment to the client within 30 working days upon receipt of the HRDC claim payment.

Section 08

PDPA & Anti-Bribery

  • PDPA compliance: By submitting this form, the client agrees to PEOPLElogy's Privacy Policy and confirms all participants have been briefed on and agreed to the same.

  • Data accuracy: The client is responsible for ensuring all participant personal data submitted is accurate, complete, and up to date, and shall indemnify PEOPLElogy against any related claims.

  • Marketing consent: By submitting this form, the client subscribes to PEOPLElogy Group's email marketing lists. Unsubscribe at any time by emailing the company.

  • Anti-bribery & corruption: All business associates must comply with PEOPLElogy's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and applicable Malaysian regulations.
